Due to the revitalised local orchard we are restructuring our backpacking facilities.
This includes extra backpackers kitchens and showers plus extra bed rooms with multiple options.

Most Popular
For stone fruit orchard staff working together in larger groups.
Shared singles 3 to 4 beds per room, some doubles available..........$200 pp /per week* (less than $26 per day before gst)

On arrival a refundable cash bond of $200 is required up front plus one weeks rent
A backpackers kitchen kit is available with a $20 refundable bond when returned clean and complete

Please note we are aware that sometimes backpackers may be short of funds on arrival in Dandaragan for work.
You have several options:

1. 1 week cash bond and 1 week rent up front, (most preferred and given room preference) or
2. 1 week rent in cash and employer guarantor for bond after first pay check (most common) or
3. Eftpos 1 week rent and employer guarantor for bond after first pay check ( no eftpos for bond, cash or guarantor only) or
4. Credit Card imprint for security and cash after first pay check or
5. Passport placed in safe for security or
6. Talk to Gaylene.

Single person 3 to 4 person shared room short term...........................................$30.00 pp / per day

Some Single rooms are available for long term backpackers............................................ POA. 

* Please note accommodation includes all water, gas and power charges that are inflated by governing bodies and utility suppliers,
  -NOT US- throughout rural (country towns) west australia compared to metropolitan (city) west australia.

Rooms available:

• An ensuited room with 4 beds (2 x bunks is available)with lounge, TV room.
  .
• Most common are the 3 to 4 person bunk rooms with some personal space and close amenities.
  (we have several rooms with this configuration)

• The Cottage, has 3 rooms, 4 sets of bunks, with larger middle TV lounge room. (suits own group)

• The hut, 1 x double bedroom office / lounge room and ensuited. (supervisor room)

• Just added another 4 bed (two bunk) room with ensuite.
  .
• Several Couples rooms with Double beds and storage under bed.
  .
• Several twin rooms for some longer term and returning persons.

All shared rooms have:

• TV and DVD player
• Air-con / Heater
• Bar Fridge for own drinks and snacks
• All linen and Bedding (no own sleeping bag allowed, health regs.)
• Wardrobe, table, chairs
• Power points for battery chargers and certain appliances
• Multiple bathrooms are all close by and under verandahs.

Our Communal kitchens have:

• 3 stoves with combination hotplates, grill and ovens each.

• Large glass door commercial fridges.

• Stand up freezers

• Separate cooking areas with dining space.

• Stainless steel benches and sinks

• Undercover outdoor huge bar-b-que, hot plates and sink area.

• Large under the sails dining and chill out area.

• Individual Boxes containing cutlery, plate’s pots and pans etc… ( refundable deposit).

• Function Room now doubles as Pool Table, Table Tennis, Darts and other indoor activities.

Also available onsite:

1. Commercial laundry.
2. Basic shop items, drinks and snacks, ice, over 400 dvd’s on hire ($2).
3. Internet acces.
4. Fruit and Vege truck once a week.
5. Pool Table, Darts room and select TV events by arrangement.
6. On-site restaurant, individual meals are available with a few hrs notice.

With in a short walk:

1. 18 hole golf course ($5 green fee err sand fee) 
2. Tennis Courts
3. Bowling Green ( by appointment)
4. Watering hole, "The Club" visitors welcome and short term memberships ($5)
