Ecologically Sustainable Development

It is now a policy of the Redgum Village here in Dandaragan to replace  appliances as they become inefficient with more
ecologically sustainable ones.

Firstly we are replacing the 3 phase electric hot water units with the energy efficent air controled heat pump from Rheem

The refrigerated reverse cycle air conditioners in the kitchen dining room are being replaced with a evaporative water cooler that will cut power consumption by 80% and do the job better than the existing set up.

As each bedroom is upgraded the "rattle box" wall mounted air conditioners are being replaced with the more economical split system with around a 40% power saving.
